Taster seminars in Wales

The road show then travels west to Neath On Friday 8^th October, the Blue Bell hotel is hosting a breakfast seminar where delegates get to work on a real life scenario with practical interactive guidance on reducing waste in your administrative process. We then work together to establish where the waste is and to design a new process to implement. The suggestions will then be compared to the improvements made.
